For example, do they know when they can (and cannot) expect to hear from you? Do they know what process to follow if they want to stop working with you? If you offer done-for-you services, do you have a clear scope of work and timeline for delivery, so everyone knows who should do what, and when? 

👉 Does your online empire, including your website, emails and social media platforms, have all the proper notices, policies, and disclaimers posted? Your entire E-presence needs to be protected with clear terms of use, privacy policies, and disclaimers about what you can and cannot do (ex: coaches are there to support clients in reaching their goals, but clients are responsible for all results).

👉 Is your Love-Life-Attitude protected? Do you feel free to set your own hours, work on your own terms, work with who you want, and do the tasks that light you up? Is your business set up in a way that is drama-proofed?
